Minnette Suddarth, REALTOR® with Century 21 Winnersville, has been actively involved in the Valdosta/Lowndes County real estate market since 2002. For five years, Minnette was affiliated with Tillman Realty Services starting out as the administrative assistant, and then pursuing her real estate license.

 

On October 1, 2007, Minnette accepted an opportunity to join the team of marketing professionals at Century 21 Winnersville Realty as a result of a merger between Tillman Realty Services and the Century 21 office.

 

Minnette has been active with the Valdosta Board of Realtors serving on the Multiple Listing Service Committee and the Education/Fair Housing/Equal Opportunity Committee. In 2008, Minnette will serve on the Community Service/Public Relations Committee in addition. Minnette is also a member of the Georgia and National Association of Realtors.

 

A native of Mooresville, North Carolina, Minnette graduated from North Carolina State University in 1982 with a BS in Horticulture. She worked for NCSU and the University of Florida, Bradenton, in plant research prior to moving to Valdosta in 1992.

 

Minnette has been married to Pete Suddarth for 24 years, and they have three children. She especially enjoys being a part of her children’s activities, walking, and putting her green thumb to work in the yard. “Gardening is therapy.”
