Todd Tillman Biographical information

Todd Tillman serves as the Qualifying Broker for Century 21, Winnersville and has been actively involved with the Valdosta – Lowndes County real estate market since he was first licensed as an agent in 1994. As an agent with a national franchise, he was consistently recognized for his performance within the top tem percent of the franchise system.

As his interest in real estate has grown over the years, Tillman has had opportunity to experience just about every facet of the industry including development, new construction, property management, and   what has became his passion, brokerage. In 2002 he opened a small independent firm, Tillman Realty Services. The small firm stayed steadily busy and enjoyed a reputation for quality service. In late 2007, the opportunity arose to lead the Century 21, Winnersville Team.

As his love for the business increased, Todd became involved with the Valdosta Board of Realtors. Over the years he has served on every committee. In 1999 he began to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors. By 2001 he answered the call to leadership and entered the executive rotation as the Vice President and ultimately served as President in 2003. In that same year, Todd was awarded the Realtor of The year Award by his colleagues.

Elsewhere in the community, Todd enjoys a variety of leadership pursuits. He served as the 2004 President for the Azalea City Kiwanis Club. As a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church he has been the United Methodist Men’s President for 2006 and 2007 and co-teaches a young adult Sunday school class. He enjoys the South Georgia Walk to Emmaus Community and is a graduate of the 2006 class of Leadership Lowndes.

Todd Tillman is married to Wendy. Together they have three children; Dane, Olivia and Jake

Hobbies and interests include Bible/Philosophy/leadership studies, outdoor cooking, deep sea fishing and bird hunting.
